ಬೈಂದೂರಿನಿಂದ ಉತ್ತರಕ್ಕೆ ಸುಮಾರು 10 ಕಿ.ಮೀ ದೂರದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಶಿರೂರು ಬೀಚ್ (Shiroor Beach) ಕರಾವಳಿಯ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಪ್ರಶಾಂತ ಹಾಗೂ ರಮಣೀಯವಾದ ಕಡಲತೀರವಾಗಿದೆ. ಇಲ್ಲಿ ನದಿಯು ಅರಬ್ಬಿ ಸಮುದ್ರವನ್ನು ಸೇರುವ (ಅಳಿವೆ ಪ್ರದೇಶ) ಅಪರೂಪದ ಹಾಗೂ ಸುಂದರವಾದ ಪ್ರಾಕೃತಿಕ ದೃಶ್ಯವನ್ನು ಕಾಣಬಹುದು. ವಿಶಾಲವಾದ ಮರಳು ಕಡಲತೀರ, ಸಾಲು ಸಾಲಾಗಿ ನಿಂತಿರುವ ತೆಂಗಿನ ಮರಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಜನದಟ್ಟಣೆಯಿಲ್ಲದ ಪ್ರಶಾಂತ ವಾತಾವರಣವು ಪ್ರವಾಸಿಗರನ್ನು ಸೆಳೆಯುತ್ತದೆ.

Shiruru Beach is a lesser-known beach on the northern coast of Byndoor Taluk, near Shiroor village. With golden sand, coconut palms and the open Arabian Sea, the beach retains a simple coastal character without the heavy development seen at some of the better-known beaches of Karnataka. Udupi Tourism also describes Shiroor Beach as a quieter coastal destination with a relatively peaceful atmosphere.
Shiroor Beach has the typical landscape of the Byndoor coast — a broad sandy shoreline backed by coconut-covered land and village surroundings. The open sea, changing waves and long stretch of sand give the beach a natural character, while the nearby village keeps it connected to everyday coastal life.
The beach is particularly appealing because it has not developed into a crowded commercial destination. Its surroundings remain closely connected to the landscape and settlement of Shiroor.

Shiroor Beach does not have the same level of recognition as Maravanthe or some of the more established beaches around Udupi. That is also part of its character. Here, the main attraction remains the sea, sand, coconut landscape and the everyday atmosphere of a coastal village.
